I was approached by global skincare brand Formula 10.0.6 to create content for its new flagship e-commerce website. Working across blog content, brand communications, product marketing, special offers and online promotions, I implemented a fresh new voice for the brand and aligned their EDM program with this new approach. I created a content calendar that implemented a six month release schedule to coincide with the launch of a new range extension in Q1 2020 and developed structure/categories for the overarching blog build and activation. I created, wrote and edited original blog content and built the blog audience using SEO. Consulting with the US-based team on content strategy for various touchpoints across the website, I ensured all content promoted active engagement with social media channels and direct sales paths.
