I was contracted by property development branding and marketing specialists Small & Co to deliver a sophisticated and memorable campaign for Hermitage Sunbury. I divided the copy into three connected sections to make the campaign stand out in an oversaturated marketplace. ‘Cool’ covered amenities and location, ‘Calm’ covered the townhouses and estate, and ‘Connected’ covered Sunbury’s rich heritage and close-knit community. I also wrote an introduction, developer’s vision and team bios.
