I was contracted by property development branding and marketing specialists Small & Co to deliver a sophisticated and memorable campaign for Hermitage Townhouses Estate in Sunbury, Victoria. I broke the communications into three connected sections to make the campaign stand out in Sunbury’s growing list of developments. Leading on from the introductory text, ‘Cool’ covered amenities and location, ‘Calm’ covered the estate and townhouses, and ‘Connected’ covered Sunbury’s rich heritage and close-knit community. I also wrote about the developer’s vision, personal connection to the site and previous experience in residential development. I worked closely with the Creative Director to identify and incorporate keywords for SEO and differentiate the brand story from those of competitors.
